Kevin Gottlieb founded KRG Enterprises in 1984. In the early days the company was a small wood working shop in the traditional sense, serving a focused niche of private homeowners with custom services. Desiring to grow, the company began to service small commercial and retail establishments with quality designs, fabrication, and installations. Over time the word got out that there was a well-managed shop in northeast Philadelphia that could be trusted to solve design problems with innovative solutions in wood. Innovative methods of manufacturing began to evolve. The company began to invest profits into "high tech" equipment and methods. What started, as a small conventional shop, has become a highly competitive alternative resource for the production of wooden products, utilizing a creative blend of conventional wisdom and "extreme solutions" that add value.
